SanDisk announced its secure digital (SD) 802.11b cards, but they're now widely available: SD slots are found in many Palm handhelds and other small devices, despite the increasing standardization around CompactFlash format cards. SD cards are tiny, making it a pretty neat tour de force to put Wi-Fi into one.
I have not found SD WiFi for PalmOS on BestBuy or CompUsa at the moment. Somebody more succesfull?
According to Sandisk's website, Palm OS 5 support is not yet available (the card only supports Pocket PC-based PDAs for now).

Jacques.
Also, with most machines having *one* SD slot, the WiFi+128M cards are a lot more interesting. (It also helps to refer to these, as sandisk does, as SDIO cards; some machines [the Zaurus C760 comes to mind] support only memory, and supposedly *can't* use SDIO cards, but they handle SD memory fine.)
I disagree with the comment about "increasing standardisation around CompactFlash format cards" - I see SD-cards becoming increasingly popular, especially in mobile phones (& also cameras). Many of the Symbian and Microsoft-powered phones are equipped with SD-card slots, although how well the OS supports SD I/O is less clear. I suspect this may become a "trojan horse" for enabling VoWLAN in phones, even if operators and handset manufacturers are reluctant.
