Over at Macworld.com, I write about how AT&T may have a great futurebomb in the iPhone: It’s all about keeping DSL and mobile customers from switching to other providers, reducing the number of bills, and cutting costs, all while increasing fees by providing incrementally better services. The iPhone could be the first tool down that path from any major cell operator.
